I care deeply about what I create and who I create it for. I’m not here to fit you into a formula and this isn’t about quick solutions or surface-level design. It’s about crafting something that feels like you, supports your work, and grows with you over time.

A thought-out process for ease at every step of the project
After we chat it out and everything is good to go, I’ll send over a proposal with the timeline, investment, process and more. Accept the proposal & we’re almost official! You’ll get access to your client portal where you’ll be able to easily sign our contract and pay your deposit to lock in your date on my calendar.
001 / ONBOARDING
Between booking and your start date, I’ll be checking in with any important to-dos to make sure we make the most of our collaboration, like in-depth brand questionnaires, creating inspiration boards, & more! When it’s time to kick off our project, we’ll be ready to make some serious magic happen!
002 / DISCOVERY
I’ll get to work on a detailed strategy & creative direction document to set the solid foundations before we even begin designing anything. This will act as our north star throughout the project, knowing exactly where we’re heading visually and creatively.
003 / CREATIVE DIRECTION + STRATEGY
Once the strategy & creative direction is signed off, we’ll officially start bringing your brand identity elements to life. You’ll receive one strong design concept presentation including a collection of logos, colour palette, typography hierarchy. You provide your feedback and we refine to your happiness.
004 / BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Next we move onto your digital abode. We’ll start with wireframes and mock-up designs so that you can see how it’s all going to look and provide any feedback before we start to build it out. Once everything is approved, we get to developing and bringing it all to life.
005 / WEBSITE DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
Your final files are delivered, your website is launched and you have team Bisou on-hand for post-launch support. Your sparkly new brand is out there making its mark in the world.

I work on a first come first served basis so I’d recommend reaching out as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment (particularly if you have a deadline in mind). I typically book out 1-2 months in advance.

This depends on your chosen package and any customisations we make. Our Brand Solo offer unfolds over an estimated 4 weeks from start to finish. While The Story Craft takes places intentionally over 8 weeks.
Final timeline will be provided in your project proposal upon enquiring.

We specialise in Showit but we have collaborated with developers for other platforms in the past — do feel free to reach out to see if your project aligns.

In all of our standard branding projects you will receive your logos in both PNG and SVG formats, as well as a PDF document of your Brand Guidelines. Any additional brand assets you may have booked will be delivered in their appropriate file types according to what they are.

Absolutely! Depending on the scope of your project, I offer a variety of payment plan options to allow you to spread out the investment across multiple payments. Do reach out to enquire about these options and we can do our best to work around your needs.

Payment for projects is taken via Wise. It’s very important to me to utilise a platform that works in favour of my clients and doesn’t add on any hefty unnecessary fees. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
*UK-based clients will have the option of bank transfer instead.

Branding projects include 2 rounds of revisions. If any further revisions are required, this will be invoiced at our standard rate. We do a lot of prep and discovery work before any design concepts are presented to ensure the direction is as close to the desired result as possible and reduce number of revisions.
