This depends on your chosen package and any customisations we make. Our Brand Solo offer unfolds over an estimated 4 weeks from start to finish. While The Story Craft takes places intentionally over 8 weeks.

Payment for projects is taken via Wise. It’s very important to me to utilise a platform that works in favour of my clients and doesn’t add on any hefty unnecessary fees. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

This is the first stage of the branding project and sets the foundation for the rest of the brand. It’s a 30+ page presentation where we’ll cover who your brand is at the core like; vision, values, essence, positioning, vibe, voice, audience alignment. This is also where we start to explore the potential visual aesthetic of the brand direction with the mood board and creative direction.

Absolutely! My base packages are listed as a guide for deliverables, timeline and investment but anything can be customised to your needs. Once you book your call, we will discuss your project in more detail and I’ll then send over a bespoke proposal that is custom to you.

You don’t need to come in with everything figured out, but you do need to be open and engaged. The best results happen when you’re honest about what you like, what you don’t, and where you want to grow into. I’ll lead the direction, but your input helps shape something that actually feels like you.

In terms of time & homework on your end, you’ll need to complete the initial onboarding; contract, invoice, questionnaire, pinterest board. From there, you’ll need to be available to provide written feedback within 2 days when I send presentations & concepts over to keep us on track.

I sure do! This is a popular choice for my clients who are on a budget in particular as the investment is less than a fully custom site. You get to leave with a gorgeous online abode that is still on-brand for you. We can discuss if this is a good option for you.
