( THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS )

Each month, you have a set number of hours to use across your design requests. Time is tracked based on the work completed, and you can use your hours flexibly depending on what you need at the time. Some tasks may take less time, while others are more in-depth. I will always manage your hours thoughtfully and keep you updated, so you have full visibility over how they are being used.
I offer 6 or 12 hour packages as standard as I find these to be the most common options amongst clients. If you have something else in mind, we can always put together something more custom.

The Atelier is designed for ongoing, consistent support, so hours do not roll over month to month. Most clients find that once they begin using the space properly, their hours are used with ease. There is always something within your brand that can be refined, elevated, or brought to life and I’m on-hand to help you utilise them.

If you find that you need additional support, you can move up to a higher monthly package. This is often the case during busier periods such as launches or when you are creating new offers, and allows you to scale your support in a way that feels aligned with your business.

Turnaround times will vary depending on the scope of the request and current workload, but I aim to complete work in a timely and considered way, without compromising on quality. If you have something time-sensitive, you can flag this when submitting your request and I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.

All requests are submitted through a dedicated space in Notion, where everything is kept organised and easy to manage. You can send through ideas, briefs, or even rough thoughts. They do not need to be perfectly structured. Part of the process is taking what you have and translating it into something cohesive and well-executed.

Yes, there is a three-month minimum commitment for The Atelier. This allows us to build momentum, develop a strong understanding of your brand, and create work that feels cohesive and considered over time, rather than one-off or disconnected.
After the initial three-month commitment, your retainer moves to a rolling monthly basis. From there, you can cancel with notice before your next billing cycle.

The Atelier works best for founders who already have an established brand direction in place. If you are still in the earlier stages or need support defining your brand, I would recommend starting with a more strategic offer first. This ensures that any design work created within The Atelier feels aligned and intentional from the beginning.
With that being said, depending on what monthly assets/support you’re looking for, The Atelier may work for you, so do reach out to discuss.

The Atelier is focused on ongoing design and creative support. Larger, more in-depth projects such as full brand identity design or complete website builds are not included and would be quoted separately if needed.
